Questions
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Nothing is deleted. You can still sign in and download everything, and your galleries stay open to clients for 14 more days. Choose a plan any time to carry on.
- How do I pay?
- Choose a plan on your studio’s Plan page and we’ll be in touch to switch it on.
- Do my clients need an account or an app?
- No. They open the link in any browser, on a phone or a computer. They give an email only if you ask for one.
- Can clients download full-size photos?
- Yes, if you allow it: full size or web size, one photo, a set, their favourites or everything at once. You can ask for a PIN before downloads.
- Can guests find the photos they’re in?
- Yes, when you turn on Find my photos for a gallery: a guest takes a selfie and sees every photo they appear in. The selfie is used once and never kept, and turning the feature off deletes what it found.
- Can guests add their own photos?
- Yes, when you turn on Photos from guests for a gallery: guests who give their email add the photos they took, into a set of their own, and you approve each one before it appears (or let them appear at once). Where a photo was taken and the phone it came from are removed before anyone can download it.
- Can I use my own address?
- Every studio gets its own address on imgy. On the plans that include it, galleries can live on your own domain too.
- Is there a store?
- No. Clients see your photographs, not a shop, and nobody sells them prints behind your back.
